If we are selling to retail jewelers, do we also sell directly to the consumer?
Yes. As a way of creating access to the vast amount of jewelry available from GK and further supporting our retail dealers’ efforts, we have created this website. GK has been committed for over 100 years to serving the retail fine jewelry community and will always remain so. The retail jewelry store offers experience, support, and continued product care to you the consumer. We are proud to be doing business with many of the finest local jewelry professionals in the country. The prices on this site are the same as those offered by our retailers across the country. Purchases made on this site are shared financially with our retailers in the same way as those which are made in the store. We share the information about your purchase with the store as well so that they can be of future help with additional purchases.
Our dealer locator shows your GK authorized dealers within 100 miles of your zip code. In the event there is more than one, you may specify which store you do business with. In the event there is no retailer within the specified range, you will be purchasing from GK exclusively until such a time as we can work with a dealer in your area. You may also choose to list a preferred dealer on your account page.
Please note that all orders are processed the next business day. Please allow 10 business days for items to be produced and shipped. Should there be an exception to this production time frame, you will be notified via email with an anticipated shipping date. Expedited orders may be requested and will be accommodated if at all possible. Please note additional shipping charges may apply.
As we continue to create new bezel designs and use as many interesting stones as we can, our offerings have become massive in number. We purchase stones from multiple sources located around the world, but unfortunately there are some stones that we have offered over the years which are specialty items that came from suppliers who either no longer offer those items or who have discontinued their businesses.
We will from time to time create sections for the bezels that are still available but are listed as retiring. These bezels will be available while supplies last and are reduced from their original price.
From time to time we will sponsor a national pricing special as appreciation for our customers. Our dealers may choose whether to participate. When we do we will make a coupon code available through one of our marketing channels. To enter your coupon code, you must be on the shopping cart page which will list the items you have added to your cart. To get there click on the shopping cart icon in the dark grey band located near the top right area of the page. Just enter the coupon code in the appropriate field and click on “APPLY CODE”.
Shipping and returns
Goldman Kolber ships via USPS first class mail or priority mail (orders over $300). UPS shipping is available.
We ship from our Norwood, Massachusetts factory. Apartment numbers must be designated where applicable.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be posted at checkout. Please be advised that UPS will make 3 delivery attempts to the “ship to address”. Any cost related to changes to the “ship to” address will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are committed to every customer’s complete satisfaction with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with a piece of Goldman Kolber fine jewelry purchased through gkjewelry.com, you may return it to our factory, postage pre-paid, for a refund within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned with its original jewelry packaging, and in unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price only. Please note items that display wear may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
